Using memory card and connecting to the PC

The e-book reader has a memory card slot on the bottom panel. Connect USB-

cable to corresponding e-book jack and then to computer USB-port.

Close all programms and make sure any application is not accesse

d to the

memory before removing the me

mory card. Carefully press the memory card

and remove it from the slot.

Note

Do not allow to ingress foreign objects into memory card slot.

Memory card is not included to complectation.

To connect the e-book reader to PC via USB-

cable use original cable supplied to

complectation. First connect cable to the device and then to the PC.

To remove USB-cable pull it carefully and it will be disconnected from the

reader.

Operating documents

Internal memory and memory card could be used as a removable

storage

device in the same way as the ordinary USB-storage device.

You can make and delete folders, copy files from the device to computer and

back, rename files, etc.

Disconnecting from PC

To disconnect the e-book reader from the computer right-click on the USB

icon on the taskbar. Select an item «Unplug or eject hardware» and press

«Stop» → ОК in the appeared window. Now you can disconnect the device

from PC safety.

Note

To avoid data loss and copy failure you should disconnect the device from PC only after completion of

data

transfer.

Formatting

Internal memory could be formatted in several cases:

• Problem occures during the reading/ playing/ viewing fil

es that could be

resolve after reading the section «Troubleshooting»;

• You can not delete / play / copy files and folders, or data is lost.

• To format the e-book reader right-click on icon Removable dick in folder

My computer and select an Format → Start in the window that appears.
